The total number of talks planned for the event is 25. We are expecting 12 invited talks (25
minutes plus 5 for questions) and 13 contributory ones (15+5). In addition to the talks, and
maintaining the interdisciplinary and collegial spirit of the first PIPI Meeting, this new
edition will include poster sessions. Among undergraduate and doctoral students
presenting posters, the “Pipi” Vucetich Award will be given to the best poster, in
recognition of the originality, clarity, and quality of the contribution. A committee
appointed by the organizers will be responsible for evaluating and selecting the winning
work.
The talks should preferably be given in English but speakers may also give their talks in
Spanish or Portuguese. Slides should be presented in English. Posters should preferably be
presented in English as well. The size of posters is vertical A0.
